About our organisation

The Soil Association, formed in 1946, is the only UK charity that works across the spectrum of human health, the environment and animal welfare. That’s because we cannot tackle these issues in isolation.

We campaign for change, we support farming innovation, we serve healthy food in communities, we support and grow the organic market, and we protect forests. We couldn't do any of this without our supporters, partners, donors and dedicated staff. We make a difference in the world where it’s needed the most.

About the opportunity

The Supporter Development and Citizen Marketing Team sits at the heart of our charity, raising awareness and inspiring action to grow and nurture our community of passionate supporters. We’re in a period of growth, implementing and evolving new marketing channels and messages. This is an exciting opportunity to drive this programme forwards and to shape a vibrant and successful supporter marketing strategy that will deliver against our ambitious fundraising targets.

We’re looking for a driven and imaginative individual who:

  • Has the skills and passion to drive results through multi-channel marketing.
  • Is an excellent communicator and who can inspire action in diverse audiences.
  • Can develop, own and deliver on our acquisition strategy to help fund the growth of our organisation.
