About the opportunity

We are looking for a bright, hardworking and enthusiastic administrator to join our busy team in a friendly working environment. Our invoicing team is responsible for invoicing over 7000 clients in 60 countries across our food, farming, forestry, textiles and health & beauty sectors. This role helps to ensure our licensees and applicants receive excellent and timely customer service both over the phone and via email.

About you

You will have considerable experience within an office environment, preferably including financial administrative experience with high attention to detail and accuracy. You will have excellent computer skills and be very competent in working with Excel and databases. You will have an excellent telephone manner. You will enjoy being part of a small, dedicated team, proactive, organised and efficient at working through tasks in a logical manner, to resolve problems and provide excellent customer service. You will be interested in learning about certification and the work of the Soil Association.

Hours

37.5 hours per week
